The missionary must have a purpose that directs
his life to the fulfillment of his calling. Every saved person has a
mission, and every unsaved person is a mission field. The Church of
Jesus Christ, the body of Christ, the assembly of saved persons is
commissioned to accomplish that mission. The saved must be
purpose-driven.
What is the purpose of the saved? What is the purpose of the Church? The acronym GRACE gives the clue. G-glorify God in word and deed. R-reach the people with the Gospel. A-activate the saved through Discipleship Training. C-commitment/promise to fulfill. E-encourage one another to keep on till the mission is accomplished.
